Terms and Conditions
1. In these terms and conditions “Audika” means Audika Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 40 061 969 006) (formerly Oticon Australia Pty Limited).
2. Offer only available to Bowls Clubs within Australia.
3. Audika will donate $250 to Bowls Australia Limited (BA) to every Bowls Club who:
a. Books and hosts a Audika Screening Day at their local Bowls Club within Australia. (“Bowls Donation Offer”)
4. The offer period is 1 August 2024 - 31 December 2025. Audika may, in its sole discretion, extend the offer past the planned expiry date.
5. Employees of Audika and any of its related companies, are not eligible for the Bowls Donation Offer.
6. Limit of 1 $250 Bowls Donation Offer per Bowls Club.
7. Donations will be paid by Audika to Bowls Australia (BA). BA will be responsible for the distribution of these funds to individual Bowls Clubs based on information provided by clubs to Audika (which will be shared with BA for the purposes of distributing the donations) on a quarterly basis.
8. To receive the Bowls Donation Offer, clubs must complete an Event Request Form and share it with a Audika Regional Manager for approval. The $250 donation will not be made if booking is cancelled. Each request will be assessed considering the geographical opportunity and local clinic availability.
9. A minimum event lead time is 4 weeks and that a permanent clinic will need to be within 50km radius of the local club in order for the event request to be fulfilled.
10. For the purposes of administering the Bowls Donation Offer, it is necessary for Audika to collect information about the club. For further information regarding how we manage personal information, refer to our privacy policy at audika.com.au/privacy-policy.
