Promotional Terms and Conditions
1. This "Keep being You" promotion commences on 1 October 2024 and continues until 24 December 2024 (the “Promotional Period”).
2. Clients are eligible for the promotion if, during the Promotional Period, they:
a) book and attend a hearing check at an Audika clinic;
b) select hearing aids from the BTE Devices (C2) Optimal and Premium Ranges and Custom Devices (C3) from the Optimal and Premium+ ranges. ("Eligible Devices"); and
c) complete their purchase of Eligible Devices from Audika.
3. For the avoidance of doubt, all steps set out above must be completed during the Promotional Period for the client to be eligible for the promotion.
4. During the Promotional Period, eligible clients that select Eligible Devices will:
a) receive a complimentary upgrade of their hearing aids model to the next higher level of hearing aid technology in the same family of hearing aids (eg. Intent 1 & 2, Own 1& 2, – each a "Family") to the ones selected by the client; and
b) pay the selling price shown on the Audika price list for the hearing aid style in the same Family immediately below the hearing aids that the client received (for example, the client pays for Intent 2 and receives Intent 1 hearing aids as the upgrade).
5. Upgrades are only available within the specific Family of hearing aids . The upgrade will be provided at no additional cost beyond the price of the lower model from the same Family. If the client has selected a hearing aid model from the Optimal range, they will pay for the hearing aid model from the same Family in the Premium+ or Premium range (as applicable).
6. The promotion excludes devices in the Enhanced and Entry ranges (for the avoidance of doubt, Intent 3 and 4, Own 3,4 and 5 are not included)).
7. Discount not available in conjunction with any other discount or bonus offer.
8. Conditions apply under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program.
